To draw is the easiest way to forget a difficult life. In 2016-2017, I had to save my sanity so I began to draw intuitively, since I could not bring much stuff at the hospital where my sister was having chemo. I first prepared the background with watercolors put randomly on the paper. I then just had to bring some colour pencils with me and draw what I was seeing on the paper. That's how I made that sketchbook.
