They say 'share what you know because it will feel more real', so here I am with an excerpt from a first draft from a book that I will probably never publish. I got linked to the Brooklyn Art Library by an online contact, therefore I ordered my copy mainly to contribute with a little donation. I am a performance artist; my work acknowledges the fluidity of otherness and the role of the body within the dynamic of performance art. I'm interested in the expression of our uniqueness and identity through vulnerability and intimacy. I explore how the artist and the audience come together to perform a caring community.
With this experience I'm experimenting a different approach to performance. These pages are part of a wider multimedia project called 'EDEN' in which I move my steps into the intricate territory of child abuse. It is an exploration. Not less. Not more.
