I live in Corrales New Mexico and teach Physical Education to students with disabilities. Our state is often overlooked for it's beauty and is called the Land of Enchantment because when you least expect it, something will unveil itself and the fullness of the landscape will be revealed. We often have light that creates a magical time in the evening as the sun sets against the granite cliffs or the apple farms that are nestled in near the rivers and streams. The mountains with ponderosa pine and pinon at lower elevations, the mesas with flat topped escarpments to climb and explore and the sky that is like no other set off by yellow fluttering aspen leaves in the fall. I love where I live. It is warm in the summer, cold in the winter, deceptively pretty and home
