Andrea Davis, ATR-BC, LPC-AT-S, is an art therapist in private practice and has worked with hospitals and nonprofits, providing individual and group art therapy services. In 2017, she founded her own nonprofit, Dallas Art Therapy, that offers low-cost and free art therapy services for the Dallas community. Davis is passionate about accessibility to art therapy mental health services. Her parents are a musician and a visual artist so she grew up surrounded by creative expression. She enjoys creating with mixed media, painting, ceramics, embroidery and watercolor. She studied mische technique for Old Masters oil painting in Reichenau, Austria and has participated in several exhibitions of art in Dallas, Texas. Most recently, she painted a mural for the CIDMA Anti Mafia Museum in Corleone, Sicily.
