Another sketchbook, another just about 10 months procrastinating. I started this with one week to go and no idea what to do, so I just started going through the themes, but found reasons why I couldn't stick to those themes... and then got to Small Secrets (which I call tiny secrets, because yes, I was in a rush and didn't double check), and realized that it was the one I was most afraid to do... So what you get is a book that demonstrates that journey. While also all happening in the last week, and not very well planned out (I pulled out some pages I ended up wishing I hadn't, and messed up a bit with some of the materials).
I wasn't sure what I wanted this to be in the beginning, but it turned into a really interesting exploration of my biggest tiny secret (which you can read the book to find out about). I wish I was able to dive a bit deeper, I feel like there's more I need to get/could have gotten off my chest. And the end is DEFINITELY rushed, and not quite the feeling or closure I wanted to bring to it. But with those pages I pulled, and 30 minutes before having to rush it off to UPS, it is what it is.
Thank you for taking a look, I hope it struck a chord somewhere. I hope you find you're not alone in your small secrets, and though I'm not there for you, know that I wish you all the courage in the world.
